No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the nature of our service, which involves the manual submission of your product to directories, all sales are final. Once the service has commenced, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because the service involves immediate, irreversible work on our end.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

As per EU consumer rights, we adhere to the following regulations: - Digital Content or Services: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for certain goods and services purchased online. However, by agreeing to our terms at the time of purchase, you expressly waive this right to withdraw once the service has started and is fully performed.

Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you wish to cancel your order before we have started the directory submission process, please contact us immediately at tej@submitowl.com. You may be eligible for a full refund if the service has not yet commenced.
